guy was obviously looking for help when he stole that car in MD and ended up turning himself in..why would you turn yourself in for autotheft..guy definitely needed attention.

here, i am going to make it very simple for you, since your the one complaining about reading...
-stole a ford explorer(posted by washington post, but nbc says differently)
-drove it back to fairfax county to turn himself in
-was arrested
-mother posted bail of 33 thousand dollars
-2 weeks after mom posts bail, he shoots up the police station
-police are still trying to figure out if he had taken his own life or it was a police officers bullet
got it?
the washington post also said that he had let his friends and joked about it with his mother, that he was acutally planning on doing this, but they did nothing to stop it

man, the cop that was a killed, was a real cool lady. shit she use to drive by my friends house and talk to us and always looked out for us. She will be missed RIP vicky armel
