A 2 step works by creating a misfire. And when u misfire, u make boost standing still.

on the supra I've heard of people making excesses of 22psi off the line with a large single, personally I've only ever experienced up to 9. I guess the parts that would break would be transmission related.

I don't know if I would want to be capable of launching AT 22psi.. I couldn't afford to.
