Hey its really hot during the day, why not do it during the EVENING time, around like 7:30 - 8ish, will be a lot cooler out around that time frame.

 

The park may close at dusk, so night time won't work. Park name is Gravelly Point by the way. I believe its only accessible from northbound lanes of the GW Parkway. Not sure though.

 

Dammit wish i would of known sooner i have to make my work schedule 2 weeks advance and i get off at 6 that day so i cant go. have fun and take lots of pictures i want to see how it is.
