Turbo Infiniti FX35 Sighting!?!?

Turbo Infiniti FX35 Sighting!?!?
I was on my way home from work on I-95 and Spotted this Infiniti FX in my mirror with a FMIC. That kinda got me by surprised. Then when he got up next to me I noticed he have a Brembo or Stoptech Big Brake Kit. Then when he passed it was very very loud. It had VA plates on it and I noticed the Northern VA Window sticker. He did also have a bunch of UWV (University of West Virginia) Stickers on the back window. So I was wondering if anyone has seen that thing around.
