Nah. I hate shit-can systems.

I had:
NGK Plugs, Hose Techniques 4mm vacuum tubing, auto-starter, AEM power steering pulley.

K&N Intake.

Airmass Header, HKS Hi-Power cat-back.

Ground Control Adjustable Springs, Koni Yellow shocks, suspension Techniques Anti-Sway bars front and rear.

17" Nippon Racing Taiko sporting Sumitomo HTRZ 215/45/17.

there garbage seriously, unless you get a stiffer spring rate or custom one, regular coilovers are nothing more, but to just lower a car and drive it around

If you're getting spring rates stiff enough to even bother calling coilovers, chances are you're not going to find a shock/strut that will properly dampen it. If you do, congratulations for spending more on your shocks then most do on a set of entire coilovers(camber plates, pillowball mounts, springs and threaded adjustable dampers w/ height adjustable mounts.)

Ground Control are good for people who can't get coilovers for their cars (volvos and stuff)

its not that hard in the honda world, all, you gotta do if you have a civic or teg, is just request itr spring rate and get konis ..but paying that price might as well get teins, tanabes etc..like you said its not worth the money, imagine there is better supension out there for volvos aside crappy gc's

i ride tein ha's
