anyone know of any real good traffic lawyers(manassas), i am most certain im going to lose my license, but i just want to keep my ass out of jail

I am definitely losing my license next month. I'm not even getting a lawyer this time, there's no point anymore.

I too am worried about the jail thing though. I already have 30 days suspended jail sentence and I am still on probation. So I should be getting at least 30 days (hopefully they'll let me serve weekends instead of 30+ days straight) plus whatever the judge throws on top of it.

 

all you need to know is i got pulled 85 in a 35..i havent gotten a ticket in 4 1/2-5 years...the cop told me he couldve put me in jail, but i stopped for him, so he let me go..

I take it this was not on the way home yesterday, since we weren't on any 35mph roads that you could actually go 85 on.

I didn't go to jail for my reckless, but I did lose my license for 3 months.

However, I was only going 37 over the limit.
