Oo i so love you hahaha , I need a note from the doc and what is dmv going to issue me ? I got glasses with a transparent thing so it when its sunny it gets all dark, like sunglasses.. so tint helps.

You got to tell the doc that the sun bothers you when you commute to work and gives you bad headaches and they will issue the note.. At least that's what customers told me they did in the past to get the waver. DMV can't put it on your record unless you get the waver. As far as just going straight to DMV instead of going to the docs first I don't know what would happen or what you would need to do.
