I just got a new ride (Mazda6) and would like to get the windows tinted. Anyone know any shops that do good work? And for how much? Pref near Alexandria.

Also, what are the legal limits? I wanna get it as dark as possible, but not have problems with inspections.

my friend has a tint shop off rte 1..but i forgot what its called..just drive up and down and look for a white integra with jdm front end and guntmetal volks haha...

 

quality tire in woodbridge does it for like 160-170 and comes with a lifetime warranty...you can just drop it off too, no appointments needed...

 

LA tint...get like a 18%

think its 35% front windows and 50% rear

 

i use to have 35% all the way around..never got in trouble

 

i used to have 20% all around because my car was originally from nevada.

never had trouble with police, and even when i was pulled over for exhaust, he didn't question me about it.

i also passed inspection which i think heavily depends upon the station you go to and the people that work there.
