If your looking for a large custom piece go to Ambrotos Tattoo in Silverspring..and ask for Jesse he does bad ass work.

I also recommend DUONG at Rick's Tattoo in Arlington..he does a good job and gives good prices for tattoos.

I've also seen good work come out of Marlow's Ink in Fairfax..

If you want a salon type tattoo shop go to Exposed Temptations..


I've got a collection of tattoos from those shops..and best overall price/quality would have to be @ Rick's in Arlington

 

Go to Tattoo Paradise and ask for Rachell Burns!! Its is Adams Morgan in DC.. Forget the ones in VA...
