Default Sketchy Car
Was in the Lorton area waiting for my food when I saw these two spanish guys in a black Civic coupe (2001-2005ish) with a ugly front bumper and wing. What made it sketchy was that they were circling the shopping center at about 2 mph for literally 15 minutes and the passenger would really make an effort to check out cars.

It was a Maryland license plate: 9CH B46
