Actually.. I've really been thinking about trying to open up my own Allstate agency. Over the last year, all of the agents I've assisted have always given me tips on the do's and don'ts.. and hell, maybe I should buy a book of business and be my own boss.

Dreaming, I guess.

the car wash on 234 in manassas makes a SHITLOAD of money.. you can drive by at like 9pm or 10pm at night and there will still be people there washing their cars.. after it snows and it's sunny.. there are lines of cars everywhere.. andt hey have like 6-8 bays for car washes.. that place is always packed when it's decent weather outside

Sounds good to me! I know the cost of living is so much higher there than it is here though.. 6 figures is WAY above average here in Roanoke, but in Fairfax it's probably like $30,000 here.

I'm going to do some research on some of those subjects though.. Ultimately, I want to be my own boss and do something I enjoy--whatever I want.

I'm an homosexual? Did you graduate high school or was that a typo?

Location is very important, but there are a lot of other factors that go into making a successful business.
