If you are between 21 and 25, Enterprise will rent to you, for an extra 25 bucks PER DAY.

I know some guys at Capital Dream Cars. They have a 360 Spider and a Maserati Spyder they rent out. www.capitaldreamcars.com . Not sure about the age though
