Red Light Cameras coming down!

Glad to hear this.. that intersection by Woodson Highschool (but not in front of it) has a camera that catches people all the time. There's been a few times where I was SURE I got fucked by it, but never did. There's also been a few times I thought the guy in front of me was TRYING to get me screwed over with the cam by braking with no one in front of him in the middle of the intersection.
The loophole is that the way the law was worded, in order for a traffic ticket to be valid, it must be HAND-DELIVERED by a police officer. Red light tickets are mailed, thus under the way the law was worded, the tickets are invalid unless an officer physically hands it to you. This is old news, so I dunno if they amended the law to take that loophole out. However, I do know that VA didn't renew the term for red light cameras being allowed to operate in the Commonwealth.

loophole - is a clearcoat kinda can spray, you spray it on your lisence plate. a couple of coats. the spray reflects the light so much that you can make out any letters. all it captures is a blank plate. you couldnt tell if you were looking at the plate if it had the stuff on there. you can buy it off ebay for 15bucks or something.
like in the news article. its said if word got out that there is a loophole ie a spray you could use on your lisence plate that it would protect agianst redlight cameras. then all the millions of dollars spend to put them up would become a total waste of money.
