Well I went to my girlfriends work last night and we were driving back to her house and we were going 45 and we started to race i probably only went to 65 max and I got pulled right away and he gave me a Reckless Driving ticket with no speed on it he said that he was behind us and he saw me pulling away quickly. So i have to go to court on April 23. ANY ADVICE? other than get a lawyer?

Ouch..how's your driving record? I got a reckless ticket last year and went to jail for 5 days and 6 months no restricted suspension....

 

yeah it was literally the first time I've never looked behind . we were only a 1/4 mile away from where we turn off to get to her house when we started. Dumb move.

Um my driving record includes radar detector ticket and failing to maintain control when I got into an accident.

 

man omg....i had the same thing happen to me this weekend man...i was getting off this exit by landmark heading south on 95...and this cop pulls me over like by the springfield area thats like 5 miles way up...he was like son u know why i pulled u over i was like no sir i dont...he was like u were going 80 in a 55...i was like WTF~? i am 100 % sure i never hit 80...what i think happen was when i took the exit i went to the middle lane and since traffic was slow in the lane i switch to the left but right before i did this freaking black sentra SER crap flys by me...so i switch after he passes and like the go back on the right...i promise it was like 5 min lateri get pulled over i was like WTF...so then when the cop came back...i was like officer can i asked u something...i was like u said u clocked me with the radar right...he was like yes sir...i was like do u mind if i can see the radar with it clocked...dude like stutterd he was like uh its not clocked in..then i guess the other officer that was training him or something was like we are not required to show u...only certain departments have too..he is like a state trooper so then i aske him another question like how far back did he clock me...and the other officer was like look son sign the ticket we cant stay here all night we are on the side of the highway and could get hit....i was like whatever...the funny thing is when i got pulled over i was just crusing at 60 mph im 100% and i think they only pulled me over cause they lost the sentra and my car is black too..i got like 3 witnesses so its all good...

Fairfax Co. Cops aren't the greatest...... and it wasn't fun when Luis didn't have his license.. Although I did get to drive da ITR.. hahaha!

 

That sucks man. I will be in Fairfax friday and saturday, will not speed lol.
