I found all my answers at Honda-tech so thanks anyway, I must say tho all off you who bad mouthd me, its really unnessasry I am just a nice guy looking for some answers I needed help with and many members felt they needed to hate. to those who didnt hate thanks again

Do you know how many people on this board have gone to a shop, and then had to fix the problem themselves plus addotional problems that the "pros" caused? Its not like your trying to get your engined resleeved, your putting a new fucking seat it. Get your hands dirty for once, itll toughen your skin and give you some character.
