quick safety inspection question

Here in VA well, NOVA, would they fail you if your passenger window doesn't work?

Only the driver's side window has to work. Have the Safety Inspection Manual in front of me.

i went to a gas station on little river turnpike called PURE..the only thing they checked was my brakes and that was it

some places will try to give you a run around, some are there to make money, fast. just make it clear you're not there for the run around.
