They don't play in VA. My boy is a Jersey cop and he can practically get away with murder. We got pulled over once, naturally he was driving, blows .15 or something, he pulls out badge, they called us a cab home.

My bolivian friend got pulled over and first thing he got asked was if he knew english. He said yes and then cop just drove off.

Something similiar happened to me about a year ago on 66 passing 234 around 9'oclock at night. I was in my completely stock, not even tinted 04' Sentra. Got pulled over for doing 69 in the 65 portion. Cop said he pulled me because I passed him which I did because he pulled over into my lane while I was doing 65 and I ended up on his ass. So when I questioned him about pulling me over for a measely 4mph he said that's how they catch drunk drivers and people with drugs. I guess because they don't pay attention and pass cops all the time... Didnt give me a ticket or anything though.
