that just means you're lucky or you dont drive around in the places with anal cops like silverbullet does
i had my tanabe 2.5" w/ oval muffler and a big 4" tip and i never got pulled over...ironically, i got a ticket while sitting on the wreckage of my car after i crashed it...the cop was like...oh and your exhaust is illegal...your liscense plate cover is illegal...aaand you crashed into this here integra...sign here please...

nope
locked up the brakes on some gravel at about 15 mph
the girl in the integra wasnt paying attention and ended up stopping late at the intersection (in front of me) and stopped after the gravel...very situational
she woulda slid way further if she had tried to stop at the appropriate place...i wouldnt have hit her if htere was no gravel...just really bad luck basically...w/ no front bumper support, my front end got blew the fuck up...end of story :-\

Eh2 + b18c1 + no cat + tanabe RM = $60 ticket.....pulled over while doing 25mph in 4th gear.....No joke.

yea WS are nice and quiet exhaust. But my friend got pull over for having that WS exhaust, it cuz the tip was big, not cuz of the sound. The cop said, it isn't stock and got ticketed.

i only notice that fairfax county cops take exhausts seriously (i got 2 exhaust fines and 1 headlight fine), everywhere else, cops don't seem to mind. especially loudoun county cops...i avoid going to fairfax county at all costs

as a little extra tidbit on the World Sport, the muffler is shiny as fuck. no wonder someone got pulled for it.
painting your muffler flat black is the way to go. and it not sounding like shit helps.
