place to a get good paintjob?
I had mine done at Maaco in Manassas -- while the quality of paint looked good -- upon close inspection there were areas which i requested to be redone due to bubbles, dust, dirt, and other impurities. Of course they did them, but didn't totally fix it.
Did it look good from the naked eye a few feet back? Hell yea, but a good paint job (imo) is when you have a smooth clean finish, up close inspection yeilding little to no rough spots, dirt/bubbles, or uneven coats.
I stick by browning's autobody in Manassas -- their paintjob was superior IMO. Albeit probably more expensive (Insurance paid for it). For touchups and detail work, check out DetailAuthority in Herndon (http://www.waxmycar.com/). They may be able to recommend a paint shoptoo if it's beyond them.
This just based on my experience with them, as well as the experience of family whom have used them as well.

I could get you a damn good paint job for like 1500. No Back yard painted in my garage, or maaco garbage but a paint job done by a real shop. My boy runs a paint shop off of fullerton. Let mke know if your interested.

i how ever preped my car but they do sand down a lil bit of your old paint so the new paint will stick if you how ever choose to add primer that will be a extra 75$ to the 300

the maaco shop on fullerton or what? i know i had my first car painted at the maaco in springfield and it seemed pretty good but i want it to match the same color as my car tidal wave blue
thats funny. maaco paintjob.

I dont suggest it. Because im a very meticulous person. The previous owner had it painted. My door was hit awhile back and im getting the car repainted and prepped the right way.
