To be more specific:
-The catalytic converter is part of the safty inspection, they check to make sure you have one present on your car.
-I failed the safty inspection, NOT the emissions.
-I don't have "ricer" lights, its the rear side bulbs in integras that I didnt have in.

I could fix everything except the cat, since its a PITA to put on and take off, is there any place I could go?

 

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm catalytic converter pitas are the tastiest...lol...ok seriously tho, what was the suspension part of it that made you not pass?? just cuz it was lowered?? how much was it lowered? dammit, Virginia is so fucking gay...
