working this graveyard shit sucks my ass. i have to sleep during the day, i have no life at night, gotta work OVERNIGHT, shit. haven't been out to have some fun in almost 2 weeks. WTF!?!? damn i can't wait til this is over!

Yes, graveyard will take your night life away and turn you into a vampire. I hope you get paid extra fat for that night time differential. When I did it, I got 15% of my salary.

I work nights...6pm-6am. But my schedule is Sun-Tues/Sun-Weds alternate every wk. I like my wkends.

 

g: yeah, i'm on a rotating schedule, so i get a 13% differential. plus, eveyr weekend day i work, i get an extra 40 beans thrown in. not too shabby. it's just a little kick, ya know? but yeah, i rotate every week. a 4 week month goes like this... one week is morning 6a-2p, one is 2p-10p, then i have 4 days off, work 6 days overnight 10p-6a, then have 4 days off again, and start the cycle over again. not bad. i get lots of time off.

 

what do you do TJ? Sounds like some computer shiznit...with the shifts you got.

well sounds like it must not be to bad I mean if the pay wasn't good then couldn't understand why doing it...and if you have so much time off as you mentioned then why no time to go out???
hope you can work it all out..working sucks unless you start your own bz to create your own hrs etc...
