Saigon City in springfield, is O-K ..but their Crispy Shrimp Rolls are killer.
Pho Bistro is alright, I like their huge portions though.

roast duck wonton noodle soupee at vinh kee (right around the corner from pho 75 on 50) is the shit! wontons there are bombb!

BISTRO is the bomb-diggity. Their service kind-a sucks balls, but it iis improving.
Phuck PHO 2000 in Worldgate/Herndon. My girl and I went out there and 2ice she had baby roaches in her soup. I was hung-over so I did not notice whether or not I had any in mine.

FUCKING GOLDEN COW! golden cow is the SHIT! their broth is the best and their bowls are perfect from the amount of noodles to the cut of their meat.
seriously ive been to almost every pho place in the 703 and golden cow is the best. and btw. pho hot sucks
