I was out there in my friends eg coupe. No matter where I launched(5.5-7.5k) that thing would just bog. Try slipping the clutch harder and it still bogged. Finally last run I tried launching at like 8k and obviously, it just blazed tire. On a regular street tire, the car would of at least spun out the hole, but with the bfg's it just dead hooked and didn't want to do a thing. Went 8.80's in it, but I should of got it in the .50's i'm guessing. First time in almost 5 years, so i'm happy, but I need to get back out there.

went today, was fun as fuck. first pass was a JOKE. 1rst NO traction, 2ND NO traction, 3rd, NO traction. said fuck it and went 9.6@76 next pass had no traction in 1rst or 2nd went 8.6@88mph. I raced Eric my last pass and it felt SOOOO much faster/better. I got traction in 2nd gear and felt like another 8.1 pass at 89-91mph, But good old old domion didnt catch mine or eric's last pass. Jeremy,Vp, and raven I think saw my last pass. Felt SOOOOOO fuckin good. It felt faster then any pass I have ever done in a Z and that has been a 8.1 so im guessing 7.9-8.1 is what it did that pass. But damn cant wait to get my other Wheels on with DR's 7's for sure.

ps that green twin turbo mustang was the shit 5.5 i believe ?

very true, plus the car doesn't make much torque to begin with so there are multiple issues with it.

well my first pass i was the third car down the track (NO TRACTION) Next time ill just let all the people with sticky tires go down the track first next time, track deff got stickier as the night went on, hince i got traction in 2nd gear my last pass. cant wait to make a pass on radials now.
