NOVA Safety Inspection

I failed inspection yesterday because my car is lowered..I didn't know this was illegal. i have a finger gap on all sides and i'm not even close to hitting the bump stops on the suspension.

I really think it all depends on what mood the inspector is in

I recently passed, with eibach springs and shorter struts. (not slammed, but lowered)

at a mobile station.
