Get a waiver so you can get it darker. I did that like 6 years ago. My entire windshield is tinted, and they cant give me a ticket.

actually i missed the court date so i scheduled another date and i told the judge it came that way and it wasnt even in the state any more so he let it go. and who you calling tiny? im 5'6 mofo!

What kind of "waiver"? If your car is registered/tagged in VA they can.

Or that you have a sensitive eye condition and that your eyes cannot take the glare from other vehicles windshields, oncoming traffic at night, etc.
