October 8th is going on regardless who comes or not from this board, its being privately rented through another organization. I wouldn't mind setting something up for a Sunday where we can go to a park or something, take pics, and do a BBQ. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chips and Drinks and such. I'll check out the forecast and what not and post dates, and lets see we can vote on them!

If I set this up for this coming Sunday, who would be interested in coming? If so, can I get a head count so I know how much food to bring etc.
