I know he's Filipino, but Tagalog has Spanish and English mixed in it, and most Filipinos I know are fluent in Spanish, English, and Tagalog...

Damn Dan, that was one very cultured statement and for the most part is true. I am fluent at Tagalog, Spanish, & English.
