well since i only have 5 posts in 24 hours, this will be a big one.....


i havent had it dyno'd since last summer, and all motor w/out the dry shot, she mad 198rwhp, and 218rwtq.... that was b4 i did the gears and locker which i know doesnt do anything, but is still respectable seeing that stock it makes in the area of 140rwhp and only 189crank hp...

with the juice on it, i would say some where in the low 260's and 280tq...

just an FYI, the new 05+ V6's make more hp/tq than the carb'd 5.0's so dont automatically think its horribly slow....

with as many pics yes, but its my 1st thread and i was just saying who i was and what i had and some pics, and i read the sticky's about being new and it just said to post in my region....

yeah i have no problem with people giving me crap.... its their opinions and they are entitled to one, and it is a base model car that is being modded... i understand why im getting grief putting $$$ in a V6 mustang.

like the above post said, b4 a few small mods it laid down 198/218 hp/tq ALL MOTOR... and for modding a V6 mustang, i see it as modding a base model car, and no its not the smartest thing to do, but as a college student and a young adult, owning this car is cost efficient as far as gas, insurance and so on...

but if you want to look at it as modding a base model, for the honda guys, its like modding a SOHC right.... why put money in it when you can just get the twin cam or for me getting a V8/GT... because i like to say that hey i pay less insurance, and on gas, and oh yeah, i put down more power and have the capabilities to beat bolt-on GT's and other highly looked upon cars...

yeah, most the other mustang guys dont really like the grille's but i like them b/c its different, its not the same mach 1 grille delete with the big pony in the center, i think it makes the car stand out...thanks for the compliments on haviong a decent V6 tho

thanks bro some people can be believers... i like to somewhat look at it as a sleeper, b/c a GT/Mach 1/Cobra looks at it and laughs cuz its a V6, but when its time to lay it all out, im im closer or infront of them than what they thought it would be, the looks i get are kinda funny.... not talking trash but i've been real close if not in front of some guy who think they would blow me away, granted most dont think im spraying....

that was mature.... i drive a badged V6 mustang.... im not the guy with the GT who has load ass exaust and think he's king of the world.... usually its bigger, faster cars who try to play with me who think im an easy kill, and to some cars i am, but i usually dont waste my time of people on the streets unless they really want to see what she's got... thanks for the welcome tho

even if you dont know much about mustangs, the 99-04 body style which i have, many of the parts are interchangeable and can be used on other cars like GT's/Mach 1's ect.... so i doubt they would want my motor but maybe other things off the car that is compatable with others.... dont think cuz its a V6 that no one wants it...

your right, its a V6, and i dont deny it or try to make it something its not.... but it does lay the power of a decently modded GT or stock Mach 1, or 94-98 Cobra... so dont just say its a slow POS....

im not talking trash, but dont underestimate a V6.... this is the same concept as the Buick Grand National, if you know what it is and can do, you'll understand.... and a v6 can suprise you, especially a LS/VTEK Teg.... i do run the juice, anywhere from the 50-100 pills depending on what im doing or if im headed to the track...
