my old house in white oak is for rent soon, 700 a month only bills are electric and cable, 2bdr, big ass yard sitting on like 5acres, he might up the rent a little but not a bad little pad, its on 218, grocery is like 30 secs away, I95 is 15 min away, just to throw it out there ive had a great deal on everyplace ive lived at, now im paying 1100 for a 5 bdr, 3 story house with garage on a lake, house is only like 8yrs old

I wish I still lived in stafford its cheaper down there. But moved, me and my girlfriend live together and I pay 1600 a month in rent myself, for a townhome.
