Im not sure this is the correct forum. I have always wanted to paint cars, but not boring one color factory paint. I want to learn how to paint candy apple red, camilion paint, flames, ect. I looked at going to school to learn, but it seems theres no such thing. I dont know how to paint so, I need a Mentor to teach me everything. I am looking for a custom shop guy that can show me this. Will work cheap of course, I dont know anything. BUT im a fast learner. Got strait A's in art. Im a assistan manager. I belive my artistic talent is being wasted. I need a new profession or I'll go crazy. I only want to do this for the summer time, a summer job. Any ways everyone knows shops need help in the summer. If it goes well I will consider quiting my current job! im looking for something near/in Gaithersburg. one catch. can only work 20hrs a week. If your serious about being my mentor pm me. hopefully my box is not full.

 

Go get a job at maaco or a paint shop. Youll learn alot just by watching.
