Wink My SRT-4 on the spray.

Ok so I went to the dyno today with a bunch of guys that I know and laid down some numbers. I have a 41n2o and 24fuel and I was not seeing the lean condition that the the dyno showed but it corresponds to the drop in HP and TQ in the top end so I would say that my LM-1 need to have a ferm ware update and to be recalibrated. Last time I went to the dyno I did 250hp and 280tq and the only thing that is diffrent is a BFMIC and the spray. I dont have a purge cause the cylanoid is bad so it took some runs to get the line cleared. Well without ferther adue.

if it was a tailpipe sniffer it will read .5-.75 lean. though its still a bit lean considering that factor. not familiar w/ you exact setup, could your fuel pump be maxing out?? it might be ok for just boost but with the sudden loss in fuel pressure w/ the spray it might not be up to the task. just a thought

BTW: did you go to school in KG??

Not sure what you mean by that...if it is referring to my spell then thanks for the comments about the car running lean and I know that is a problem, if it is truly about my spelling then thanks for the inference Ahole.

i was asking if you went to high school in King George because the name on your dyno sheet is James Brown and i went to school with a guy by that name. and since KG is right next door to stafford maybe you are the same guy.

and about the running lean, is this just a single fogger or a direct port sys?? if it is just a fogger, put in a larger fuel nozzle (keep the same N2O one) and if it still runs lean i'd say your fuel pump is most likely your problem

edit: i could care less about your spelling, like i said i went to school in KG

No man I'm from NY. I have a fuel jet that "should" be way fat but its not( or it is if my wideband is ok) I have a 255 in the takn I would hope that is good enought.

a 255lph should be enough, did you try bumping up the rail pressure??

I have a returnless fuel system and I have a regulator that bumps my pressure way up but under normial conditions the car hates the extra fuel.
