I don't see why it wouldnt pass. As long as you didnt tamper with any of the emissions components, you should be ok.
Leaning it out doesn't neccessarily mean you will pass. You'll also increase in NOx levels b/c of increased combustion chamber heat.

yea I suppose it helps to know what they are sniffing for. But I suppose the original street tune worked like a charm.

You should be fine. as long as your not running really out of tune.
