Hey guys just a quick question. I need a shop to tune my 300zx twin turbo on my afc2. I am looking to get my 300ZX Twin turbo tuned friday if possible and I would rather have a prof shop do it. So who do you guys think will do the best job and why?

wouldnt you just go to a dyno place jason? need to get the air/fuel dyno done... why not that dyno place we went to?

 

I don't know. I am looking for a good shop with a good rep when it comes to tuning afc's. I know its just a basic hack and ALOT of people can tune it well. I just want some one who is up to tuning a 300zx and not a honda that will do it RIGHT and not all half assed like the previous tuner in MD did.

Z1 and have Russell do a burn. a VAFC on those will eventually cause issues. you can probly sell that VAFC off and be in the same money for a ROM burn.


although that would entail driving to ATL......but their new shop is extra nice, and worth the drive IMO.

 

Yea... I was contiplating getting JWT or ASH (z1 old main tuner before he quit) to burn me a ecu with my setup. But I also was thinking about just getting the afc2 tuned for now untill I get my injectors then just sell the afc2. I dunno...

 

Just out of curiousity how come you decided not to go full standalone? So you can mess with timing tables?

 

I've had a few friends go to Ultimate and have had great results. I've never been there myself though.
