Default Moving to NOVA

I am moving to NOVA at the end of the year. November time frame. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a nice apartment complex. My range is from 1050-1200. I am currently looking at Springfield Crossing. I will be commuting to Suitland, MD. So not trying to live to far. 30 minute drive or figure out how to use the train to get around. Well, I want to say thanks in advance.

Mike

Thats a short distance away from me. I think the only annoying thing about that location is that you cant really reach the HOV lanes easily even though you are right next to them. But if you are getting on 495 anyway then it wouldnt matter. Springfield mall area is allright, but at least that place isnt right next to the mall.

for that much, you could probably pick up a mortgage for a town house in that range, unless your not planning to stay here very long

by town house he means doll house... No but seriously if you plan on staying buy now while the market is really really down, you have a lot of options, a lot of negotiation space with price, and the lowest prices in a while. If you can't find anything I'd suggest waiting till you find that great deal on a fixer upper and doing the work yourself.

fuck nova, my advice is to stay where ever you are right now, unless your living in like Nigeria or some other pos country, in which case you should still move to Canada

its true, this little kid across the street from my house stole another little kid's little pedal car, like the one below except it was one of those big yellow and blue ones

dumb little thief too, he left it in his front yard when he came home that night, so luckily it was recovered the next day.
