MerF talked me into joining. I just bought a 94 Integra off of here and it's the first modified car I've ever owned. Originally from Newport News and moved to Dahlgren in '04. I've been in the Navy for over 9 yrs now.

Let's see...I love to play poker (take all of Merf's money that's why his car is still broke down) and try to learn how to work on this car I have not much of a clue about. Just bought it last month and here is a picture of it:

Ok, so I'm still sitting at his computer messing with him, but I wanted to bump his thread up.

Peer pressure is a real bitch, but now you can finally search your OWN DAMN PARTS in the FS forum...well, when your trial member time is up, anyway.

So yeah, y'all give him a warm welcome, he doesn't know how we roll yet, but he will. This car of his needs some de-ricing, but it's a helluva start honestly. Fun car to drive, and the paint looks pretty good. Time to lower it and put some quiet exhaust on it.....turbo, what?

It has a GSR engine in it mated with an LS tranny, so it is a fun little car to putz around in, and it's faster than anyhting he's ever owend before. I can't remember waht the previous owner said he dyno'd at, maybe Shady will, but it was something around 160 to the wheels.

That's something he intends to keep. Tim saw it in person, it's not the highest quality job, but it's not run-of-the-mill either. Probably a $2k-$3k job, IMO...though I'm no expert.

He likes it, I like it, and he gets compliments evreywhere he goes.
