Default Looking for a storage unit. Any help?

Well, I am looking for a storage unit which I am able to work on my car during the winter break (no garage = sucks). I am in the Maryland area and checked the regular public storage, etc. but it seems they will allow you to store your car, but working on it is a whole other story.

Any help and a few prices would be appreciated. Basically has to be big enough to fit a car and room left over for maybe an engine/engine stand combination, nothing much bigger.

Thanks, Chris

Same situation here. Unfortunately I have yet to find a storage space that will let you work on your car. They don't want you spilling dangerous fluids, damaging the floor by jacking, making noise, etc. Sucks ass but its understandable.

Put a car cover on it and buy a beater

That, and the whole liability thing... you know, dropping your car on your head, and such...

Really doesnt matter. I just need space to complete a swap. I will take the engine to a smaller storage to be built up later.
