i see it all the time, same spot as i go to the gym.

 

they have a top speed of like 65 i think, so i believe they can go on highways.

I saw one of these in MD hopping onto the freeway. I was thinking "You got to be kidding me, that car will get run over."

The car would be PERFECT for city driving. However, if you want to leave town, be sure to park the car at the city limits and find another way to drive around out there.
