Anywhere thats a hour or 2 away from D.C. is going to be high. I would say you would have better luck in the Dumfries area. Its a little older over there and rent or if your buying isn't going to be high like the other place people are telling you about. If your not scaried of black people and old guys then thats the place to move to. About a 45 Min drive from D.C. and right next to 95. If you had a deck you could look over it and tell how bad traffic was on it. Good luck.
