Default New emissions tests for NOVA?

Just wondering....

Has all of NOVA changed their emissions test from the tailpipe sniffer to the ECU plug check?

meaning.... I'm running Hondata in my OBDII car

try this, run 93 octane with octane additive, or race fuel, and dog your car right before the test, get the CAT very hot then put it on htere, lean it out too if you can. worked for me in NOVA with a JDM h22a in a prelude. no problems passed with flying colors. but then again i'm not very familar with hondata so i unno.

The test that you are talking about is only for cars equiped with OBD 2 ECU's. Everyone else still gets the tailpipe sniffer test.

well, tell me where you work so i can make sure to go there.

My call will pass the tail pipe sniffer, but since i'm running an OBDI ecu in my car, i'd fail the ecu plug test.
