hey guys, been a while since i been here.

Got a babysitter for my little girl tonight, any ideas where i should take the wife out to tonight? I guess anywhere in the Leesburg/Sterling/Chantilly/Manassas area. I work out here, but dont know much about good places to eat/bars and all.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

What kind of music do you listen to? What kind of environment do you like?

 

ive heard steak masters grill out here in gainsville has something going on the weekends

 

we like the bar environment, not so sure about dancing though. I know she will want to dance but....eh. I dont want to end up with a bunch of teens. Probably in the 23 or so + age group would be nice.

music wise she likes the rap stuff, i can tolerate it, but like more rock/metal.

I guess im lookin for a nice bar/restaurant thats not just a bunch of old guys getting drunk and starting fights Where we can get some hard drinks and still get a good fat steak also

The place that EEK suggested sounds pretty cool. I have never heard about it until now. Looked some stuff up on it and it seems alright.

If you want to go down to DC (don't know how far away you are), go to Gordon Biersch. It's a *killer* resturaunt. It's also a brewery. I love going to that place. If you go, you want to get off at Gallery Place/Chinatown and come out of the metro and go to the right one block. You'll see it. Can't remember what the cross streets are.

 

bungalow billards maybe your hot spot, food is not bad, they got drinks and pool tables, its usually an older crowd (late 20's/early 30's)..but the music they play is mostly hit rock songs and some but not much rap

the sterling bungalows is a younger crowd..prolly young 20's to late 20's and the music is more random over there

 

The Chantilly bungalows is usually full of late 20's heads. Ashburn has a pub called Kirkpatricks which is a nice chill place but I dont know if they serve steaks. You def. don't wanna go to Sterling Neds unless you like yelling at your wife when talking to her.

If you guys are "swingers," there's the Taj bar in Fairfax, go there on Tuesdays.
