But if you pay attention to the news so much smartass, how many kids were abducted this year thats not reported in the news in this area alone? the Prince William County Police Department are watching you. The second wave of the
Smooth Operator aggressive driving campaign begins on Sunday, July 4, 2010, and
runs through Saturday, July 10, 2010.
Smooth Operator is a regional anti-aggressive driving campaign that involves nearly 30
law enforcement agencies throughout the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Prince
William County police issued 1,215 citations during the first wave of the enforcement
campaign last month.
Prince William County Police will target those offenses most closely associated with
aggressive driving. Speeding, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to wear
a seatbelt, and child safety seat violations are just a few of the categories that are
targeted during the Smooth Operator campaign. There are additional officers assigned
to work this campaign. That means residents can expect to see an increased officer
presence on County roads.

Sandor Ferenci, 28, performed wheelies, skids and raced on the opposite side of the road around Banbury, Oxfordshire, in June this year and then put the footage on the video-sharing website.
Ferenci, who admitted two counts of dangerous driving at a previous hearing was jailed at Oxford Crown Court and disqualified from driving for two years, the Press Association reported.
He will have to take an extended driving test before he is allowed on the road again.
Prosecutor Brian Payne said a motorist who saw Ferenci's antics on the A422 Banbury to Brackley road took down his registration number and later contacted police.
When officers called at his home, Ferenci asked them: "Is this about the YouTube video?"
Judge Terence Maher told Ferenci he had performed "lunatic and grossly irresponsible maneuvers at considerable speed."
The footage, which was played to the court, had been filmed by a friend from various angles including from a footbridge.
Ferenci's lawyer Gary Bell said his client, who works as a carer for an elderly woman, had read a story about a child who died as a result of a motorcycle accident and now understood the ramifications of his actions.
"He is truly remorseful for what he has done and is truly sorry," he told the court.

and then once again you are clearly a retard that graphic is on plenty of bikes i have seen many at MIR, Georgetown, Richmond, Delaware, and many other places and if you are a cop are really going to walk and or drive around staring at every bike in the metro area for a stupid graphic thats everywhere you turn? then our law enforcement in this area needs to do something more than sit in vacant parking lots wasting time looking for graphics on a bike, hey there is a high drug traffic area right smack dab in the middle of the woodbridge area still are they doing anything about that?
