I can get it other than when I'm in my car...its wierd though, do they even have the same programming or djs?? I listened for like a minute than got discouraged and popped a CD in cuase it just didn't "feel the same" as the old HFS LOL
105.7 is mainly a Baltimore radio talk station, and is based out of the north side of Baltimore. It only has enough signal strength to come in clearly around the Baltimore area, that is why you can't tune it in that well in NOVA. HFS, even though it marketed itself as a Baltimore/Washington radio station, was always officially considered a Baltimore radio station. Infinity Broadcasting would have to get FCC approval to increase their signal strength to cover the DC area, which won't happen, because there is already a gazillion talk radio stations in DC, and b/c the only reason HFS was brought back on 105.7 was due to the huge protest down in DC.
I haven't listened to HFS since it died off of 99.1, I say let it die. Radio in DC sucked even when HFS was on 99.1, gotta get XM or Sirius. To those who say it doesn't suck around here, go down to VA Beach, or to another city and see for yourself the variety of the radio stations and the higher quality playlists. DC area radio personalities need to get a clue and improve their playlists.
