Simple. If you have a wiring harness issue, fix the wires.
Or you could try giving some more information as to what the problem is, so someone can make an attempt to help you.

The wiring harness is shorting out somewhere and i have no clue were to start searching and i dont consider myself the best at soldering and shit nor do i have the patience...im just about ready to cry 8(

Sounds like you have two options, one start tracing all your wires and look for the issue, or two if you know how, go to work with a multimeter.
Not trying to be an ass, but I don't think any of us can help much beyond doing the above mentioned things for you.

i can help and trace the wires down it should be that hard...remove the harness lay it on table and start going down the line...im pretty sure its in that engine harness..
