Piper might be expensive, but you'll know it was done right, and by the rules... Shit, they build tube frame race cars!!!

PIPER- i worked next door to these guys for 2 and a half years. I spent alot of time at their shop hanging out and talking and doing some minor fab work for myself and my customer's cars. They defintely do good work and know what they're doing. Long time road racers, endurance racers, they've maintained/built grand am cup (now koni challenge) for many years in various cars, and i've seen Piper build complete custom cars. Currently E30 M3 with M5 v10 engine- amazing project and fab work!! Piper's man Jedd built the rollbar in my Civic SM autocross car. Very nice.

I do not know the other guys at the other shops.

Piper is expensive, but it's the price you pay for using someone with the outstanding rep that his shop has. Go to any club racing event in the mid-atlantic and see the % of cars running Piper roll bars/cages and ask around. I'll be using him again for any future work regardless of cost.

Not saying the other guys mentioned in this thread aren't up for the task, I just don't know anything about their work, but I can recommend Piper without any hesitation.
