I usually go to the Reston Town Center to their parking garages and take pics, especially at night, the garage has good lighting and with the tall skyscrapers in the background make for a good background, or I've gone to places like an industrial business park with wherehouses or to the Manassas Airport at night with the runway in the background all lit up.
