After about a month of la-de-daing around and not having a job because of the move to West Virginia and what not, i finally went out today and applied for a job! Luckily the first place i applied i got hired! So now im working at the Sweet Water Tavern in Sterling! YaY! I start friday...I cant wait! Sorry i just wanted to share! heehe

 

moving to west virginia... working in sterling... from 757.. i'm confused

 

hahah Okae let me explain. I dont live in the 757 anymore, i moved up to NoVa about 2 months ago, then last week i moved to West Va, but im going to the ODU teletechnet building and NoVaCC in Sterling, so im working at the Sweet Water in Sterling too. Does that make more sense?

What kind of job are you trying to get and where have you applied? Its weird, every place i apply i get offered a job. I walked into Sweet Water and got hired on the spot. But im also only applying for a job as a waitress!

 

anything that pays honestly.. right now i'm living off savings, and it's not going to cut it for much longer.. i've never been fired or anything so i dunno what the deal is, i guess my area just blows

 

if u wear your hair in a cute bun and have a little strand of hair come out to the side.. u will get better and bigger tips..

i told my g/f to do that.. and she saw a 20% increase in tips

That sucks! Luckily i have an awesome boyfriend who's been supporting my broke ass the past month! Plus while he was working i was packing and unpacking our stuff...which for anyone who has moved knows is a pain in the ass! Im a very luckily woman to have such an awesome...and understanding boyfriend! I know where youre coming from...ive had to live off of my savings before...IT SUCKS!
