I'm pretty sure that most dwellings / buildings are equiped with telephones now. Also, most if not all gas stations, convienient marts, car washes, and some fast food resteraunts have pay phones sitting around in the parking lots.

The fact that you didn't call gives them the chance to do it to someone else, and worse if they find what they are looking for (a female) rape / murder someone that could have been prevented by a simple phone call. I don't know about you, but I would't want that on my conscience......................

lol, someone did that to my friend one time when i was with him. it was a focus, but as soon as my friend started slowing down he drove by and laughed at us, i thought it was kinda funny.


but seriuosly though, the fake cop is a serial killer, he pulls you over, kills you, takes your car and strips it for money, then he strips your body for all vital organs and sells those on the black market as well, but if he's nice, he'll let u live and sell you into slavery in asia. in reality he's a genious, takes advantage of all money making opportunities.
