You can't turn street racing into a problem by talking to the reporters, street racing has and always will be a problem. I'm not saying i'm against street racing, I always have and will continue to do it. But one thing i didn't do was give this guy any info he didn't already have. He more so asked about my impression on the scene now vs. what it used to be and stuff like that. But he still didn't put half the stuff I said in there that was of any importance.
why would you even think of talking to the news groups. They turn everything into a problem.

I'm not saying that street racing is legal. What i am saying is that talking about street racing brings more negative views towards car enthusiasts. Their is no reason to be talking about the street racing scene. Its just makes everyone else look bad. And pressures cops to pull over suspecting vehicles. Now thats a problem. People think that talking to the press etc makes things better but it doesn't. There was enough press coverage on the accident and talking to them just stirs up the pot.
