Default Earthquake House?

Has anybody ever been there? It used to be in Forrestville, MD and now moved to Capitol Heights. They are selling two way Excalibur alarms for $199 installed. They also have that alarm that takes a pic of the scumbag in your car and sends it to the keychain for $499 installed. I know excaliburs aren't the best but just want to make sure the installers at least know what they are doing. Has anybody ever used these guys?
