Then why don't they hire people who do know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. A business won't do to go without good consumer service, or employees who don't know what their talking about. Its the car aftermarket industry and when people call a shop thats 'suppose' (with execption of brian) to know answers and doesn't, just plain sucks.

man look around NOVA, 3/4 of the people calling the shop are either gonna want bulbs or altezzas anyways. The secretery (sp?) at a doctors office can't give you proffesional advice like a doctor, so why should the person who rings you up at a shop be able to give you proffesional advice on your car?
*i just compared a mechanic to a doctor.
